Do I need good photos?
Real photos are best. If photos are missing, Noovi can use approved demo or generic visuals, but they are kept clearly separate from proof of completed work.
Can I use my own logo?
Yes. Send your approved logo if you have one. If you do not, Noovi can still draft a clean direction and leave logo replacement for review.
What if I already have a domain?
Tell Noovi what domain you already own. The connection path can be planned later, but DNS changes and launch actions need separate approval.
Can I review the website first?
Yes. You review the preview before anything becomes public. You can request wording, service, area, image, contact-path and layout changes during review.
Does the setup form make anything go live?
No. The setup form gives Noovi the details needed to build a preview. Payment, booking, domain, email and launch steps stay separate until approved.
Do you guarantee leads or Google rankings?
No. Noovi improves the online presence and enquiry path, but it does not guarantee leads, jobs or rankings.
What is included in monthly hosting?
Hosting keeps the online business front door secure, available and easy to find after launch approval. Hosting-only keeps a simple phone, email or enquiry path available.
What is the booking plan?
Hosting plus booking is $89/month + GST. It suits businesses that want customers to request a time, book an appointment or send a quote request with less back-and-forth.
Can I cancel?
Yes, you can ask Noovi about cancelling hosting. Any handover, export or domain step should be handled carefully so the site does not break unexpectedly.
Who owns the domain?
The customer should own the domain in their own registrar account. Noovi can help plan setup, but domain buying, DNS changes and go-live actions need separate approval.
Secure payment requests are handled through Stripe after you confirm the preview direction.
No charge starts from this page. Payment is a billing check after review. Launch remains a separate locked step.
